Project Trailer:

Mischiefs of Wonderland was a second year university module at Teesside University which was referred to as the Journeyman Project, which was a sixty credit module.

The games art, games animation, games indie and games design students were sorted into teams to produce a game together along with an advertisement trailer as an end goal.

The theme was Alice in Wonderland, and the teams consisted of the games art, design and indie students, while there was an outsource character and animation team, although in the end we decided to create our own characters for the game.

I was the lead artist for our team, working alongside a junior lead artist, and a lead and junior lead designer.

I worked on things such as, but not limited too, project planning, team and time management, environment assets, concept designs, asset unwrapping, asset texturing, set dressing, voice acting and asset and texture implementation.

At the end of the project a team of Unreal Engine employees came to judge our work as a feedback session, and to find out which team had been chosen by the judge panel as the winners. Our team was chosen as the favoured project, and we were given some very confidence building feedback.
